Originally established in 1953, LaGrange Housing Authority was re-envisioned in 2014 to provide more than transitional housing. Under the leadership of Zsa Zsa Heard, CEO, LHA endeavors to provide transformational housing by offering many of the services families may need in order to move out of public housing and on to greater self-sufficiency.
The City of LaGrange Housing Authority is committed to finding ways to provide housing at every price point. We want to be the model for the entire country on how to provide living accommodations for not only distressed but up-and-coming neighborhoods as well.
